Whether you’re planning a full mountain getaway or a day trip to beat the heat, Memorial Day Weekend offers three distinct performances…and plenty of reasons to stay awhile.


Saturday, May 23 | Blues in the Pines

Heather Hardy | 1–4 PM

We kick off the weekend with the powerful blues stylings of Heather “Lil’ Mama” Hardy, opening the Music on the Mountain 2026 season. A classically trained violinist turned blues icon, Heather blends soulful vocals with expressive violin and decades of musical depth. Her live performances are dynamic, emotional, and deeply engaging—setting the tone for an unforgettable weekend on the mountain.


Sunday, May 24 | Bluegrass Afternoon

Jerry Taylor & Southern Comfort | 1–4 PM

On Sunday, settle into a classic mountain afternoon with Jerry Taylor and the Southern Comfort Band. Known for their rich bluegrass sound and easygoing energy, Southern Comfort delivers music that feels right at home in the pines. It’s the perfect soundtrack for a relaxed holiday Sunday—unhurried, welcoming, and full of familiar rhythms.


Monday, May 25 | Memorial Day Country

Her performance is the ideal way to close out the holiday weekend: relaxed, heartfelt, and memorable.
