Set to open by the summer of 2026, the new project will add nearly 100 additional parking spaces to the heart of Summerhaven, including:
- 75 new parking lot spaces
- 21 new on-street parking spaces
- A new restroom facility
- A newly built pathway connecting directly to the Arizona Trail

Easing Congestion Where It’s Needed Most

The new parking project is designed to relieve pressure at Marshall Gulch by giving hikers and outdoor enthusiasts another centralized, convenient place to park and access popular trail systems.
