Bubbles & Brie Reception
Baked brie topped with harissa apricot jam, toasted coconut, and pecans. Served with assorted warm breads. 

Panzanella Salad
Hearty wild greens, fire-grilled bread strips, roasted red peppers, oven-roasted tomatoes, and Zante currants. Tossed with walnut balsamic vinaigrette and finished with shaved Parmesan.

Pasta Bar
Pappardelle pasta tossed with extra-virgin roasted garlic oil
Choice of house-made marinara or saffron & herb Alfredo

Fire-Grilled Rosemary-Crusted Steak
Served thinly sliced at room temperature. Presented on a bed of wilted spinach.

Scampi Prawns
Sautéed with lemon, herbs, and garlic butter.

Grilled Vegetables
Mini bell peppers, cipollini onions, asparagus, and baby carrots. Finished with roasted red pepper coulis.

Dessert Sundae Bar
